Don't have the artwork, but still want to put artwork on your item?
We have a lot of free clip art to choose from.
ProofsWe always send a proof! We will not put anything through to production until we have your approval. Please make sure to thoroughly proofread the order confirmation sheet as well as the artwork before sending your approval. We cannot be held responsible for orders that were approved with the wrong information.
Revising ArtworkSometimes artwork may need to be revised.
Here are some steps to make sure your artwork is production ready!
Detailed illustrations may print better on a bag, or an item with a larger imprint, rather than a pen or a mug with a smaller imprint area. Depending on the imprint area, some art will be advised to be revised or simplified. Make sure you know the imprint area and how well your information will fit!
Text can be complicated when in abundance. For instance, some pens will not hold 4 lines of text and some do. Double check the item page for imprint area specifics!
Additions or Errors:
A lot of the times, customers will change their minds on what their imprint reads. Please make sure all aspects of the imprint read exactly how you want it. The less changes there are, the faster your order will be completed!
Typos happen once in a while, so make sure when revising your proof to try and catch these mistakes. Additions to imprints are always accepted, but making a lot of little changes might slow down order processing.
FontsHere is a list of default fonts that might be used if none are specified, feel free to request any you like:
Quality of ArtIf artwork is not in true vector format, the next best thing would be an image with a resolution of 150-300dpi (dots per inch). Some .jpg's are okay to use, as long as they are view-able enough to make clearer. Here is an example of a logo that might be low quality, but can be sharpened up by one of our artists:
See the difference? As long as it's view-able and simple enough to sharpen, then it is an accepted file for production.
Vector - If sending vector art, please convert all fonts into curves/outlines before saving and sending. Some fonts are not available to our computers, so it is important that all fonts are curved/outlined. (In Adobe Illustrator select all and hit [Ctrl+Shift+O], in Corel select all and hit [Ctrl+G]).
