color Black imprint of text or logo within an area not
to exceed 9 1/2" x 1
3/4" centered on inside back
cover which extends 2" below the
calendar
as shown in sample.
- Multi-Color imprint:
For 2nd spot color imprint add $.20
each and $40 setup per color. Multi-color imprints
have a 200 Piece minimum and
15 - 20 day production time.
- 1- color photos: Add $25.
Black and white photo required. 1-
color Halftones: Add
$25. This includes screens,
shadows, gray scale or fine lines.
30% screen is recommended.
- Envelope
Options: Plain Envelopes:
$.25 each bulk, $.40 each
inserted.
