• Imprint Specs: Price includes a one color Black imprint of text or logo within an area not to exceed  9 1/2" x  1 3/4" centered on inside back cover which extends 2" below the calendar as shown in sample.
• Multi-Color imprint: For 2nd spot color imprint add $.20 each and $40 setup per color.   Multi-color imprints have a 200 Piece minimum and 15 - 20 day production time.
• 1- color photos: Add $25. Black and white photo required. 1- color Halftones: Add $25. This includes screens, shadows, gray scale or fine lines. 30% screen is recommended. 
• Envelope Options: Plain Envelopes: $.25 each bulk, $.40 each inserted. 
• Every Month Imprint: To include your imprint on every page of the month add $.40 each.  Imprint area: 5 7/8"w x 1 1/4"h
• Calendars can also be purchased Blank with no imprint. Same pricing with a 50 piece minimum.

• Imprint Colors:
  Standard imprint color is Black at no extra charge.  For imprint colors Red, Brown, Blue, Green or Orange add $.10 each and $40 setup per color.  PMS color match add $.10 each and $55 setup per color.
• Combining Styles: Same bounded format calendars can be assorted in minimum quantities of 50 per theme
• Lead Times:
  Standard: 10-15 Business days from artwork being approved, may be longer during peak calendar season (September thru December). Does not include shipping time.
  Rush: 7-Day service available on Comb bound calendars only with black imprint, NO photos. Add $50 rush charge.
• Standard Packaging:
  Approx: 40 lbs. per 100 pcs. Alaska and Hawaii will incur higher shipping charges than shown during checkout.
