Placing
an Order:
We try to make the
order process as Secure and Fast as possible. Simply
click the  button next to each item you want to purchase then proceed to
our SSL secure checkout page.

Payment
Options:
We accept most
major credit cards Visa, MasterCard
and American Express:
We process your credit cards safely and securely online using
Authorize.net. They are used and trusted by thousands of
online and retail shops. They use state of the art Secure Sockets Layer protocol
(SSL) with an
encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level
commercially available).

Money Orders:
We accept money orders drawn from and payable to a US bank in
US funds. We currently do not have the Money Order
option on our check out page. If you are interested in
paying with a money order please contact us at
info@myshopangel.com
and we will make arrangements. We also accept money
orders through western union at bidpay.com. We also
accept Company checks, allow 7-10 business days for check to
clear before your order is processed. We may also accept
company Purchase Orders from accredited companies, Government
Agencies or Academic Institutions.
Pricing: All
pricing is in U.S. funds. We
reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing
or descriptions. Product and service prices and specifications
are subject to change without notice.
Misc.:
Dye lot colors may vary on materials...
i.e.: vinyl, plastic bags, koozies, etc.
Sizes may slightly vary from one lot to
the next.
A registration variance of ±1/32'' may occur with multiple
colors and must be considered acceptable registration.
Padfolio products can vary in size.
We recommend rinsing all drinkware
before using.
Stock is not taken out of our inventory
until your order is sent into production.
New lower prices are effective on orders 12/2/09 and
afterward. No retroactive refunds will be issued.
Shipping
Methods:
Shipping charges will
vary by order and are based on the total shipping weight of
your order. Orders ship via several different shipping
methods, including USPS, UPS, Fed Ex and other carriers.
Your actual shipping charges* owed will be calculated
automatically at checkout.
You can choose to
use your own Fed Ex or UPS shipper account number. A
handling fee of $4.00 per box will apply.
*Shipping charges
apply to orders shipped within the Continental USA only.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO's, FPO's or Puerto Rico will
incur higher shipping charges, especially for larger
quantities. You will be notified of any additional
charges before your order is processed.
We are sorry but we do
not ship to international countries.
UPS or FedEx do
not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical
shipping address. Also, please note that a $25.00
postal code correction fee will apply to any postal codes
that are incorrect and need to be adjusted through the
shipper.
If an incorrect
physical shipping address is provided and/or approved, the
customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and
the costs to reship the item to the address.
Production Overruns:
We try to ship the
exact amount ordered when possible. However, due to the
production process, all imprinted orders are subject to
an overrun or underrun of up to 5%, and will be shipped and
billed accordingly. When prepaying your order, any
Overruns shipped to you will be Free of charge. If exact
quantities are required a $20 charge per order will apply,
exact quantities must be indicated with your original order.
Returns:
Blank
Goods - if for any
reason you are not satisfied with your blank goods purchase you may
return it to us and we will send you a refund less a 15%
restocking fee and less all shipping charges. A
15% restocking fee
will also be charged on all returns. Returns must be made
within 15 days of purchase. Products must be
returned in their original condition and new clothing
must have all tags attached.
We do not accept
returns on blank koozies as they are cut and sewn to order.
Imprinted
Products - require a signed paper proof approval before we
begin production. This eliminates imprinting errors and
allows us to satisfy our customers needs. We do not
accept custom imprinted order returns.
All returns must be
approved before sending them back to us. We will not
accept a return without approval. Returns mailed back
without prior notice or approval will be refused at delivery
and "returned to sender".
Cancelled
Payments:
If for any reason you cancel a credit card payment after the
transaction is complete, you will be charged a $25 charge back
fee and a credit card re-processing fee of 2.5% of your total
amount owed.
Cancelled
Orders: All orders cancelled after order is placed
and payment received will be subject to a 3% cancellation
fee. Imprinted orders cancelled after artwork has been
completed and faxed for your approval will incur an additional
$25 art/cancellation fee. Orders that are cancelled after
order confirmation approval and being sent to production with
incur any additional Labor, Material, Plate, Tape or setup
charges expended to date, including any shipping charges.
Orders that have already been printed cannot be cancelled.
All cancelled
orders must be cancelled in writing only. We do
not accept cancelled orders over the phone. A letter
indicating the desire to cancel with the order number must be
either faxed to 518-373-2739 or emailed to
info@myshopangel.com
Security:
MyShopAngel.com uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL) security when transferring credit card or order
information. You'll know when you are entering the
secure section of our site when a "Security Alert"
pop-up window appears on your screen. You will also see
the VeriSign security site logo on your checkout
screen.
Privacy
Statement: All information submitted to
myShopAngel.com will remain private and will not be sold,
traded or distributed in any manner. All
information is kept confidential unless the user requests
otherwise. All information provided to myShopAngel.com
is used for internal purposes only, including payment and
notifications. Your privacy is important to us.

The names, artwork, designs, logos and trademarks or similar
reproduced throughout this catalog are solely intended to show
the type and quality of imprinted products available. It does

represent and warrant that you have the right to order,
purchase and distribute merchandise containing the names,

against all claims, liabilities and expenses (including
attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to an actual or
