How do I know if my order has been placed?You will receive an email stating that your order has been received. After that, within 24 business hours, we will send out an order confirmation sheet and an artwork proof. If you have any questions or have not received the order confirmation sheet or artwork proof, please give us a call.
May I request free samples?Free samples are available on most of our items. We can send up to two free samples as long as the total (not including shipping) is $5.00 or less. If more than two samples are required (or it is more than $5.00), you can purchase the samples using our online checkout (Just be sure to note on the order that they are samples). If you return the samples, we can credit you back, minus the freight. Please note that we can not guarantee any colors or imprint on samples. All samples are sent via United States Postal Service.
We highly recommend requesting samples of items before you place the order so that you are able to see the color of the product first hand. There are variations in the colors of the products due to monitor settings as well as the different dye lots.
When will my order be shipped?Production times vary depending on a few different things:
• The item itself
• The item is blank or printed
• How many imprint colors were requested
• The item may be made to order
What Shipping Methods are Used?Production times vary depending on a few different things:
Minimum shipping amount for any order is $9.95. Shipping charges will vary by order and are based on the total shipping weight of your order. Orders ship via several different shipping methods, including USPS, UPS, Fed Ex and other carriers. Your actual shipping charges* owed will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Standard shipping cost calculated is for ground shipping rates only. We are able to expedite shipping, please call us for a quote. When shipping a faster method, many of our customers choose to supply us with their Fed Ex Acct # or UPS Acct #.
*Shipping charges apply to orders shipped within the Continental USA only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO's, FPO's or Puerto Rico will incur higher shipping charges, especially for larger quantities. You will be notified of any additional charges before your order is processed.
UPS or FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address. Also, please note that a $25.00 address correction fee will apply to any addresses that are incorrect and need to be adjusted through the shipper.
If an incorrect physical shipping address is provided and/or approved, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and the costs to reship the item to the address. MyShopAngel.com cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfill a delivery commitment as a result of situations beyond our reasonable control.
We are sorry but we do not ship to international countries.
We understand that keeping your shipping cost low is important. We do not advertise low prices then "get you" on the shipping. We want you to have no surprises. That is why we calculate your actual shipping costs at checkout. Please note, on some items (such as chocolates), the freight varies so shipping will be calculated and charged after quantity, zip code and freight have been obtained.
Placing an order on MyShopAngel.com means that the customer will not hold MyShopAngel accountable for delays or other circumstances of which we have no direct control over. Shipment and delivery dates are estimated by our factories and in no case will MyShopAngel be held liable for consequential or special damages that happen because of a delay in delivery. All products become the customer's property at the time of acceptence by the carrier.
What payment methods do you accept?Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We process your credit cards safely and securely online using Authorize.net. They are used and trusted by thousands of online and retail shops. They use state of the art Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
PayPal. PayPal is a FREE and convenient way to sent payments using your credit card, bank account or electronic check. PayPal uses Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). You may sign up for PayPal by clicking on this link, it is FREE.
Money Orders. We accept money orders drawn from and payable to a US bank in US funds. We currently do not have the Money Order option on our check-out page. If you are interested in paying with a money order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make arrangements. We also accept money orders through Western Union at Bidpay.com.
Company Checks. Please allow 7-10 business days for the check to clear before your order is processed. If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, there will be a $30.00 fee. We may also accept company Purchase Orders from accredited companies, Government Agencies or Academic Institutions.
We do not keep credit card information on file.
Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?Blank Goods If for any reason you are not satisfied with your blank goods purchase you may return it to us. A 20% restocking fee will also be charged on all returns and shipping will not be refunded. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the item. Products must be returned in their original condition and new clothing must have all tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
We do not accept returns on blank koozies, insurance card holders, and other items. These items are made to order and cannot be returned for that reason. Please call if you have any questions.
Imprinted Products We require a signed paper proof approval before we begin production. This eliminates imprinting errors and allows us to satisfy our customers' needs. All claims must be brought to our attention within 10 days of receipt of the order. We do not accept custom imprinted order returns.
All returns must be approved before sending them back to us. We will not accept a return without approval. Returns mailed back without prior notice or approval will be refused at delivery and "returned to sender".
Cancelled Payments If for any reason you cancel a credit card payment after the transaction is complete, you will be charged a $25 charge back fee and a credit card re-processing fee of 3% of your total amount owed.
Cancelled Orders All orders cancelled after the order is placed and payment received will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Imprinted orders cancelled after artwork has been completed and faxed for your approval will incur an additional $25 art/cancellation fee. Orders that are cancelled after the order confirmation approval was received and sent to production will incur any additional labor, material, plate, tape or setup charges expended to date, including any shipping charges. Orders that have already been printed cannot be cancelled.
All cancelled orders must be cancelled in writing only. We do not accept cancelled orders over the phone. A letter indicating the desire to cancel with the order number must be either faxed to 1-518-877-5778 or emailed to email@example.com.
What if I have an exact quantity I need to order?All orders are subject to overruns or under-runs of 5 - 7%. We try our best to provide exact quantities but it is not guaranteed. If there is an exact order that you need, please add a couple more to the order.
What if my artwork is not the quality you need to print?
If your artwork is needing minor touch ups, don't worry our art department will gladly work on it free of charge for up to 15 minutes. If your artwork is needing more time, there is an art fee of $40/hr.
What are your security and privacy policies?Security MyShopAngel.com uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security when transferring credit card or order information. When entering the secure sections of our website, a "Security Alert" pop-up will appear on your screen.
Privacy Statement All information submitted to MyShopAngel.com will remain private and will not be sold, traded or distributed in any manner. All information is kept confidential unless the user requests otherwise. All information provided to MyShopAngel.com is used for internal purposes only, including payment and notifications. Your privacy is important to us.
Promotional Email MarketingBy using this site, you agree to receive promotional emails from MyShopAngel.com by default. Customer emails are collected and customers will automatically receive updates from MyShopAngel.com.

HL Series Calendars
Calendars with the first two identifiers at the beginning of the item number sequence starting with HL are subject to changes at our discretion. We reserve the right to upgrade your first calendar choice to a spiral version at no extra cost to you. This will be automatic and you will not be notified.
